Huddersfield Town agree mutual contract termination with Kyle Hudlin
The centre-forward departs the club ahead of the new season after making just ten first-team appearances for the Terriers
Huddersfield Town have announced that Kyle Hudlin has left the club after coming to a mutual agreement to terminate his contract.
The 25-year-old striker, who stands at 6’9”, made just ten first-team appearances for the Terriers since joining from Soolihull Moors in 2022. The last of those outings came at as a late substitute at home to Middlesbrough in December 2023.
His only goal for a club came in a League Cup clash, coincidentally also at home to Middlesbrough earlier that season.
Hudlin has spent much of his time out on loan since then, having half-seasons at then-League Two AFC Wimbledon and League One Burton Albion, and then going back out to League Two Newport County last season.
He is now a free agent and is free to join another club.
