Jay F asks: Do you expect many outgoings in the January transfer window? 

Mark Cartwright was quite categorical with me that the club don’t have to sell players to do the business they want to, but also acknowledged they may have to make some practical decisions.

I wouldn’t be that surprised to see Brahima Diarra leave if they can find a buyer, given he’s out of contract in the summer and there’s been no particular indication that a new deal is imminent for him.
