Richard Stacey: How would you reconfigure our forward options for the new season?
DH: League One can be a bit of a roller coaster — games come thick and fast, so there isn’t one definitive answer for this because the opposition will vary so much. What Town need is options, ways to play rather than anything set in stone for 40+ games. Here’s what I think they need to be able to do:
A workable two up top with an out-and-out striker and a slightly deeper lying one — not a ten per se, but think of it as a selfish striker (Rhys Healey is the current best option here) and an unselfish one to facilitate and chip in.
