Kian Harratt joins Fleetwood on loan from Huddersfield Town
The young striker has made a deadline day loan move to League Two
Kian Harratt will spend the rest of the 2024/25 season at Fleetwood Town on loan.
The Town academy graduate has made four appearances from the bench in all competitions for Michael Duff’s side so far this season, but looked unlikely to get much in the way of starts with Josh Koroma, Rhys Healey, Danny Ward, Bojan Radulovic and loan arrival Callum Marshall all competing for a place in the front two.
Harratt has previously had League Two loans with Port Vale — where he scored in the play-off final to help the side earn promotion — and with Bradford City, which was cut short for disciplinary reasons unrelated to his football.
The forward missed the second half of the season after being hit with a four-month ban for breaches of FA betting rules.
A prolific left-footed goalscorer at youth level, the 22 year old will now be keen to make an impression at Fleetwood, who have been short on goals in the early going of the new season.
