State of play for Huddersfield Town's promotion hopes for final run-in
The other side of the international break will bring the final nine games of the season in the space of just six weeks - here's the lay of the land
Huddersfield Town climbed back into the League One top six just a week after sliding down to 7th, and Jon Worthington’s men now have nine more games to ensure they stay in with a shot of going to Wembley and making a return to the Championship.
Looking at it right now, and with apologies to Barnsley and Blackpool, the four play-off places seem likely to go to sides currently sitting between 2nd and 9th in the table.
Those are the sides we’re going to concentrate on here, then, as well as looking at what Town are likely to need to do to stay the right side of the dotted line.
Who has the easiest and hardest run-ins?
