More points dropped for Glen Preston's side, and it's costing them

Things aren’t looking great for Town Women’s objective of promotion. From leading the game thanks to two Charlotte Stuart goals, to coming away with a point against an opposition who were down to ten. Glen Preston was clearly unhappy with how the game turned out

Manager Glen Preston said: “There’s lots of things going on in my mind at the moment.

“I actually thought we played really well, thoroughly deserving of three points. I think the referees have allowed the game to turn into a circus from the off. It was chaotic from the first minute, players throwing themselves, begging for decisions right, left, and centre.

“From a game that we had very much in the bag, and we were playing very well, has ended up in a 2-2 draw.”
